This article originally appeared in The Standard print April edition. Since that time it has been revealed that China has made agreement with the nation of Cuba to establish a military base on the tiny island only 90 miles from US soil, and within 400 miles of 25 major military bases.—Editor
In the early 2000’s the New York Times and other major U.S. news outlets were paid millions by the Chinese Communist Party to run advertorials over several years from Chinese state-run news publication China Daily. China Daily also paid for space in the Los Angeles Times, Seattle Times, Chicago Tribune, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Houston Chronicle, Boston Globe, and other regional newspapers. Financial disclosures revealed that the Washington Post and Wall Street Journal were paid more than $100,000 per month to publish CCP advertorials in their print editions.
Some of these advertorials were written by Chinese Communist General Chi Haotian who proudly beat his chest on how China was going to outperform the US economically and then physically. One particular article uncovered by the Epoch Times in 2005 is the basis of this article and how long the Chinese have been actively planning to overthrow the US. At that time I was not surprised at their economic aim to dominate the US. But, I was shocked at the boldness of the General writing about conquering us on our own soil. Interestingly, not one word did I ever read that the US military, nor then President George W. Bush or Barak Obama pushed back or were concerned.
CCP General Chi Haotian stated he believed that the world shifted to the west when China fell asleep, but that the center of the “world civilization will shift back to China”. In his writings the General described how the British had owned the 19th Century, the United States the 20th century, and how “the 21st century will be the Chinese century”.
The Communist General said a survey was conducted for the Chinese military and had concluded that “more than 80%” had answered they were willing to “shoot at women, children and prisoners of war…”!
Justifying the results the General added “The purpose of the CCP Central Committee in conducting this survey was to probe people’s minds. We wanted to know: If China’s global development will necessitate massive deaths in enemy countries, will our people endorse that scenario? Will they be for or against it?” Of course surveys like this are only for consumption by those who don’t make war decisions.
Chi said that during WWII the Germans made the mistake of not “eliminating enemies one at a time”, but instead took on too many enemies at one time. He continued that they “lack[ed]… patience and perseverance” and “when the time came for them to be ruthless, they turned out to be too soft…”
He then outlined what a winning strategy would be against the United States and then Soviet Union, that of “keep[ing] the United States neutral and incrementally stepping up their game. If they had adopted this approach, gained some time to advance their research, eventually succeeded in obtaining the technology of nuclear weapons and missiles, and launched surprise attacks against the United States and the Soviet Union using them, then the United States and the Soviet Union would not have been able to defend themselves and would have had to surrender.”
Bear in mind this is the leading advisor to the Chinese Communist Central Committee. He is speaking of how to overtake the United States.
He said that the Chinese advantage is that they move swiftly and that the reason “the United States remains today is that it has never seen war on its mainland…” The general said the Chinese advantage also is that they are “complete atheists… we don’t worship any God”.
There has been rapid development of modern biological technology, and new bio-weapons have been invented one after another… we have seized the opportunity to master weapons of this kind. We are capable of achieving our purpose of “cleaning up” America all of a sudden…”—Chinese General Chi Haotian
Chinese General Chi Haotian said the Chinese Communist Party is adopting the same attitude that Adolf Hitler adopted during WWII—”lebensraum” or living space. He said the Chinese feel the need to stretch out their space and expand into other countries because the “center of world civilization is shifting [toward China]”.
“Only by breaking the blockade formed by the western countries headed by the United States can China grow and move toward the world! Would the United States allow us to go out to gain new living space? First, if the United States is firm in blocking us, it is hard for us to do anything significant to Taiwan, Vietnam, India, or even Japan, [so] how much more living space can we get? Very trivial! Only countries like the United States, Canada and Australia have the vast land to serve our need for mass colonization.”
Chi Haotian then discussed colonization of America: “To resolve the issue of America we must be able to transcend conventions and restrictions. In history, when a country defeated another country or occupied another country, it could not kill all the people in the conquered land because back then you could not kill people effectively with sabers or long spears, or even with rifles or machine guns. Therefore, it was impossible to gain a stretch of land without keeping the people on that land. However, if we conquered America in this fashion, we would not be able to make many people migrate there.”
“The people in attendance thought that this excess 80 percent population would be a trash population and high-tech means should be used to eliminate them gradually.”—Chinese General Chi Haotian
That’s when the Chinese Communist General discussed how to depopulate America, as he said, to “clean [it] up”, to make room for the Chinese invasion. “Conventional weapons such as fighters, canons, missiles, and battleships won’t do; neither will highly destructive weapons such as nuclear weapons. We are not as foolish as to want to perish together with America by using nuclear weapons… Only by using non-destructive weapons that can kill many people will we be able to reserve America for ourselves. There has been rapid development of modern biological technology, and new bio-weapons have been invented one after another. Of course, we have not been idle, in the past years we have seized the opportunity to master weapons of this kind. We are capable of achieving our purpose of “cleaning up” America all of a sudden…” He said that “clean up” would be accomplished with “focus… on developing lethal weapons that can eliminate mass populations of the enemy country…”
Chi said that “if this strategy does not work” and America does not surrender to the Chinese desires then the Chinese will “make it happen”. He continued that “nobody in the world can do anything about us. Furthermore, if the United States as the leader is gone, then other enemies have to surrender to us… Biological weapons are unprecedented in their ruthlessness, but if the Americans do not die then the Chinese have to die.”
He said that a “great collapse will occur any time”. He added that when that happens “more than half the population will have to go.”
General Chi Haotian referred to CCP strategist He Xin, who he says “pointed out to the Hong Kong Business News during an interview that: “The U.S. has a shocking conspiracy.” According to what he had in hand, from September 27 to October 1, 1995, the Mikhail Sergeevich Gorbachev Foundation, funded by the United States, gathered 500 of the world’s most important statesmen, economic leaders and scientists, including George W. Bush (he was not the U.S. president at the time), the (Baroness) Margaret Thatcher, Tony Blair, Zbigniew Brzezinski, as well as George Soros, Bill Gates, futurist John Naisbitt, etc., all of the world’s most popular characters, in the San Francisco Fairmont hotel for a high-level round-table conference, discussing problems about globalization and how to guide humanity to move forward into the 21st century. According to what He Xin had in hand, the outstanding people of the world in attendance thought that in the 21st century a mere 20 percent of the world’s population will be sufficient to maintain the world’s economy and prosperity. The other 80 percent or 4/5ths of the world’s population will be “human garbage” unable to produce new values. “The people in attendance thought that this excess 80 percent population would be a trash population and high-tech means should be used to eliminate them gradually.”
“It is indeed brutal to kill one or two hundred million Americans. But that is the only path that will secure a Chinese century in which the CCP leads the world…”—Chinese General Chi Haotian
He continued “Since the enemies are secretly planning to eliminate our population, we certainly cannot be infinitely merciful and compassionate to them. Comrade He Xin’s article came out at the right time, it has proven the correctness of our tit for tat battle approach … [and] Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s great foresight to deploy against the United States military strategy.”
The Communist General then wrote that Chinese preparation is necessary for success in their planned use of a bio-weapon attack. “We must prepare ourselves for two scenarios. If our biological weapons succeed in the surprise attack, the Chinese people will be able to keep their losses at a minimum in the fight against the United States. If, however, the attack fails and triggers a nuclear retaliation from the United States, China would perhaps suffer a catastrophe in which more than half of its population would perish. That is why we need to be ready with air defense systems for our big and medium-sized cities. Whatever the case may be, we can only move forward fearlessly, for the sake of our Party and State and our nation’s future, regardless of the hardships we have to face and the sacrifices we have to make. The population, even if more than half dies, can be reproduced. But if the Party falls, everything is gone, and forever gone.”
Chi stated “It is indeed brutal to kill one or two hundred million Americans. But that is the only path that will secure a Chinese century in which the CCP leads the world… if history confronts us with a choice between deaths of Chinese and those of Americans, we’d have to pick the latter…”
The Communist General wrote that although when they faced problems in another area at home “Chairman Mao… gave the marching order “Carry on the revolution to the end…”” He said that China is in a similar position now and concluded that “as long as we resolve the United States problem at one blow, our domestic problems will all be readily solved. Therefore, our military battle preparation appears to aim at Taiwan, but in fact is aimed at the United States, and the preparation is far beyond the scope of attacking aircraft carriers or satellites.”
He said “Marxism pointed out that violence is the midwife for the birth of China’s century. As war approaches, I am full of hope for our next generation.”
The current world and domestic situation reminds one of WWII and the days just prior to Winston Churchill taking over as Prime minister. Neville Chamberlain was Prime Minister, Churchill had been serving as First Lord of the Admiralty, but when Chamberlain proved weak and incompetent, and the scenarios appeared bleak and horrible the people demanded Churchill lead the country. Billboards and marquis boards read “Churchill, how long?”
That is America today with a weak President in Joe Biden and the majority of the people calling for a powerful and strong Donald Trump to reemerge as President to lead with might against the rising Chinese dragon in the east. This is probably why he is so opposed by the far left and those who have taken Chinese money and bribes at the highest levels in political circles, government and industry.
The Chinese dragon is raging, and rising to conquer America if at all possible. The threat calls for a contemporary St. George or St. Michael. Though hated by leftists, and loved by most Americans, Donald J. Trump is probably the most virile and experienced man to slay the dragon.
