The news today that Hunter Biden and his attorneys had brokered a plea deal with Federal prosecutors over Hunter’s alleged misconduct was appalling to at least half the country who represent conservative views based on the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.
The dominant legacy news media reported that Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, will plead guilty to two tax misdemeanors. He also struck a deal with Federal prosecutors to resolve a felony gun charge, the Justice Department said Tuesday in court filings.
From a legal perspective, this is purported to be proper, but to others, nothing but a slap on the wrist. The political viewpoints on this option are another example of the unequal justice that Attorney General Garland, the DOJ, and the FBI have levied on Donald Trump and the American people.
The House of Representatives oversight committee and Judicial committee in Congress and others will vigorously investigate the alleged access conveying trade to foreign powers comprising Communist China, Russia, Ukraine, and others.
From 2013 through 2018, Hunter Biden and his company brought in about $11 million via his roles as an attorney and a board member with a Ukrainian firm accused of bribery. Biden is also accused of fraud in his work with a Chinese businessman, according to an NBC News analysis of a copy of Bidenʼs laptop hard drive and an iCloud account and documents released by Republicans on two Senate committees. Hunter and Joe Biden’s troubles have not ended but just begun.
Congress is obligated to get to the bottom of evident malfeasance. Conservative patriots will not stand for this attempted neo-Marxist plot to destroy our Constitutional Republic.
