Chinese President Xi Jinping and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) have expanded mainland China’s Anti-Espionage Law aimed at controlling all “documents, data, materials, or items related to national security.”

The CCP now has Chinese Police in the United States and have raided several U.S. companies. Among those raided include U.S. Consulting firms Bain & Co. and Mintz Group, which have had staff members arrested and prevented from doing “Risk Evaluation” (of doing business in China).

The goal of these actions is to wall off China and eliminate any foreign influence inside the country, in preparation for war, when China moves on Taiwan.

China, on the other hand, has extensive espionage activity in the United States. In late April, it was disclosed that China conducts an underground Police Dept. in New York City with over three dozen Chinese police (loyal to the CCP) to spy on Chinese immigrants living in the U.S. for the purpose of intimidation. This is a violation of U.S. Sovereignty.

The CCP operates a vast intelligence network in the United States as well. It is made up not merely of
intel operatives working for the Ministry of State Security, but an extensive network of business and industry officials, Chinese Scholar Associations, Confucius Institutes at hundreds of U.S. colleges and universities, and 370,000 Chinese students attending American universities.

Every one of these Chinese citizens is subject to Article #7 of the “People’s Republic of China’s National Intelligence Law of 2017,” which requires that “any Chinese citizen shall support, assist and cooperate
with State Intelligence work,” when asked to do so.

In 1999, two Chinese Peoples’ Liberation Army Colonels wrote a book titled Unrestricted Warfare. It argues that war between the United States and Communist China is inevitable, and when it comes, China must be prepared to use whatever means are necessary to win.

This includes “economic warfare, cyber warfare, political warfare, terrorism and biological warfare, in addition to conventional and nuclear war.”

These are established facts. China is at war with the United States. We can ignore this at our own peril.
