What Trump Voters Don’t Understand About the Election

For supporters of President Trump who pay attention to politics and see the polls, they just don’t understand how it could be possible that former Vice President Joe Biden could be winning this race. He may not be. I do think the polls are a bit skewed in his favor but he very well may be ahead.

Something we must understand, if for any reason at all is to avoid the shock if the president doesn’t win re-election, is that most of the country is seeing the election play out in a completely different world than we see it.

First, fan or not of the president, there is a firm number in their mid-40s of people that hate Trump’s guts. There is nothing in the world he could do for them to agree with anything he does, legal or otherwise. “Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS)” if you will. While the election is decided on a state-by-state basis, starting at a firm 45% of people who are not going to vote for the president is a rough place to start.

Getting the logistics of a president who is viewed divisively by Americans out of the way, as I wrote in August, thanks to the left’s “Axis of Evil,” most Americans simply do not see any real news on Joe Biden. Leftist legacy media, with the backing of big tech, ensures that people who aren’t necessarily engrossed in politics are only shown stories of the left’s choosing.

Digging deeper, legacy media only concentrates on Trump in their political coverage. And of that coverage, at least 95% goes beyond negative towards the president. Conversely, their coverage of Biden does not bother to cover policy ideas, Biden’s global trail of corruption, the fake Russian scandal created by the Clinton campaign with the assistance of the Obama administration or even Biden’s diminished mental capacity.

Another current event is the ongoing riots from leftists Antifa and Black Lives Matter. Cities and livelihoods have been completely destroyed and anybody who is white has been turned into an automatic racist in today’s new climate of critical race theory. The media’s narrative has been a mixture of simply not covering the violence and looting or lying and blaming it on right-wing groups. Biden even went as far, like other Democrat politicians, as saying that Antifa is just “an idea.”

Being that the media has whitewashed Biden’s career and campaign, it has turned the 2020 presidential election into nothing but a 100% referendum on the president instead of a choice between two candidates. Unless the electorate sees a choice between the two candidates, they are likely to swing away from the incumbent.

Biden is literally the most corrupt Vice President in United States History and due to the way Biden is portrayed (or the lack thereof,) he is viewed as a stabilizing force against the current chaos. It is true that there is constant chaos, but between COVID-19 and the riots, it is from the left. The media has been complicit in not only chaos but illegal behavior. They even played an internal part in the scheme to take down Trump through Russian collusion and they have kept right on moving.

The only way that anybody who is not a tried and true Trump supporter would find out any negative information about Biden is if they are proactive and go out of their way to find other independent sources. Thankfully, there are a lot of people that do that. Unfortunately, in a country of 331 million people, the number who just take what false information falls in their lap from the media is a very large portion of society.

So my final piece of advice while the election is in the final stretch is, keep sharing the truth whether you get complaints from peers or not. Continue to contact your elected officials about big tech censorship. If the “professionals” are the source of information for the common person, then we are all doomed in November and in the future.
