The Pennsylvania state legislature on Wednesday held a hearing on the 2020 election issues and irregularities. President Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani spoke to the Pennsylvania Senatorial committee.

The Senate of Pennsylvania held a hearing Wednesday before Thanksgiving to hear from citizens and witnesses about the recent election. Former New York City Mayor, and President Trump personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani was there to testify along with others.

Giuliani said after introduction to the committee, that “During the course of this election we’ve come close to losing our free speech.” He went on to say that the irregularities in the election process with mail-in ballots were the same in every state where there was problem. He said mail in ballots give “a much wider range to cheat.”

The big issue is that mail-in ballots were not observed or inspected by any Republicans as allowed by law for every party. “In Allegheny County not a single Republican got to see any ballot,” Giuliani pointed out. He continued that Republican poll watchers were not allowed to observe and were “put in chutes like they were cows. That’s never happened before.”

Giuliani said that “On election night President Trump was ahead of Joe Biden in Pennsylvania by nearly 700-800,000 votes.” He said, “Philadelphia has a long history of voter fraud.” With this number of ballots he said “It gives a much broader range to cheat.” He said since it happened in Philadelphia, Detroit, Wisconsin, Nevada, it appeared to be a broad plan to cheat.

Late on election night corrupt officials in Pennsylvania stopped counting votes after the polls had closed because Biden was being destroyed by President Trump in the election. Giuliani said that “682,770 mail-in ballots were entered into the vote that were not observed by any Republican.” He said that “by the law of your state, set by you… those ballots are illegal.”

Giuliani said he wanted to “disqualify 682,770 mail-in ballots” as they were unobserved mail-in ballots. He said, “the cheating disenfranchised 74,000,000 voters.”

Giuliani went on to say that there was a 700,000 difference between ballots sent out and the 1.4 million returned back. He further said that “2.5 million votes ended up in the count and was on the Pennsylvania government website until yesterday, but was pulled down without explanation.”

He made a point to clarify that “ABC news does not choose the President.” Quoting the Constitution he said, “Article 2, section 1, says who determines the election.” He then read from the Constitution where it says,

“Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.”

The former Mayor then emphasized to the PA legislators, “It’s your power. You owe that to your state and the people of the United States.”

Cristina Laila of The Gateway Pundit wrote:

On Wednesday a witness described the huge “spikes” in Pennsylvania during the hearing, the crowd gasped after learning a spike of votes in Pennsylvania had 600k votes for Biden and only 3,200 for Trump

“Normally you would see a smooth curve going up, not any big spikes… that’s what [the other witness] was talking about, the anomalies of loading and uploading those votes so that big spike that occurs there is a prime indicator of fraudulent voting,” the witness said.

“And that’s 604,000 votes in 90 minutes? Is that right?” Giuliani said to the witness.

“Correct. This is 337,000 votes in that period of time,” the witness said.

“When you look at this curve with all of these spikes, can you calculate how much of a vote that accounted for Biden and how much for Trump?” Giuliani said.

“Close to 600,000… I think our figures were about 570-some-odd-thousand.”

“And how much for Trump?”

Witness: “I think it was a little over 3,200.”

The crowd and panel erupted in audible gasps and laughter.
