Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley’s new book With All Due Respect
We all thank the Honorable Nikki Haley for her service to our country and congratulate her on her New York Times best-selling book “With All Due Respect”. We also congratulate her for forming the “Stand for America” Political Action Committee (PAC).
While many supporters of Nikki Haley have aspirations of her running for the office of United States President someday, this would be violating federal law. The South Carolina State Election Commission states that any candidate for President or Vice President must be a “Natural Born Citizen.” This qualification is in Article II Section 1 Clause 5 of the US Constitution.
“a “Natural Born Citizen” is any child born in a country of parents who were citizens of that country.”
The term “Natural Born Citizen” was defined clearly by the US Supreme Court in Minor v Happersett, 88 US 167 (1878). It states that a “Natural Born Citizen” is any child born in a country of parents who were citizens of that country.
Neither of Haley’s parents was a citizen of the United States when she was born. So she can never hold the office of President or the office of Vice President in the United States.
Many suspect Nikki Haley may have her eyes on the White House in 2024.
Nikki Haley was born in Bamberg, South Carolina, as “Nimarata Nikki Randhawa” on January 20, 1972. Her mother was “Raj Kaur Randhawa,” who was born in India and studied law at Delhi University. “Raj Kaur Randhawa” emigrated from India in 1969 and did not apply for US citizenship until September 7, 1977. This was almost six years after Nikki’s birth.
Haley’s father, “Ajit Singh Randhawa,” also emigrated from India in 1969. “Ajit Singh Randhawa” did not apply for citizenship into the United States until October 18, 1977, which was also almost six years after Nikki’s birth.
While we tremendously support the endeavors of the Nikki Haley, we must sadly admit that she could never get on the ballot for President or Vice President of the United States due to Constitutional disqualification.
Dr. Bill Bledsoe was labeled as “The Most Conservative Man in South Carolina” by his Democratic Opponent Jamie Harrison in the hotly contested 2020 South Carolina US Senate Race. The former SC Constitution Party candidate changed his party affiliation to Republican at the federal level and is now a fusion candidate in SC, combining the support of both the SC Republican Party and the SC Constitution Party.

You are correct, but her records were blocked to the public. If you can find documentation that either one of Kamala Harris’ parents were not US Citizens on the day she was born, I will write an article and keep her off the Presidential / VP ballot here in South Carolina.
When running for POTUS or VPOTUS, those family birth records should be available to all citizens, to confirm natural born status. It’s not an option to hide this information. We can no longer trust government as the gatekeepers of our Constitution.

We know that Obama’s mother was a US citizen, but also know his father was NOT a US citizen making barrack Obama a 14th amendment citizen, but NOT a natural born citizen. He already served unlawfully as President for 8 years. What recourse do we have to appeal and reverse his presidency? We know for a fact he was not and will never be natural born.
Kamala Harris’ parents were legal residents but not citizens at the time of her birth. Same as Marco Rubio, Bobby Jindal, Ted Cruz* and Nikki Haley.

The case he references says “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.” This tells me she is indeed a citizen and eligible.
Gery Willis , there are four types of US Citizens, Natural Born US Citizen IE born to a mother and father who are both US citizens at the time of their Natural born US Citizen child, Naturalized US Citizen, A foreigner who come to this country and apply for US Citizenship through US Constitutional law! Citizenship through Acquisition and Derivation! The only one who can be US President or VP Under Article ll Section 1 Clause 5 of the US Constitution has to be Natural Born US Citizen.
I would wager Ms Haley understands and reads the English language better than the lot who speak against her eligibility. You seem not to grasp the simple language in the citations noted above that clearly and precisely define exactly why she IS eligible to run. I’m glad she plans to run and I will be donating money to her. No more of my free speech dollars are going to the uncaring, ego-bloated Trump.

Bryan Stucky….. Nikki Haley’s was born in the US legally, so she is a born citizen. At the time of her birth though, her parents were legal residents of the US, but were still citizens of India with allegiance to India which indicates foreign influence was passed on to Nikki Haley.
The main concern of the framers of the Constitution was to keep foreign influence out of the office of the commander and chief of the military.
John Jay’s letter to George Washington on 25 July, 1787 indicated that the current entry by Alexander Hamilton which was simply “born citizen”. Per John Jay’s letter…..

You are wrong, the Supreme Court ruling did not cancel the provision of being born on U. S. soil, which Nikki Haley was, as was Kamala Harris. The Supreme Court Ruling was to allow those like John McCain to run even though the were born outside the country to American Citizens.
James C Capeheart… your logic is backwards. Article II Section I, clause 5 came first and nothing later added to the Constitution overwrites the Presidential eligibility of Article II Section I Clause 5. As Americans we can not loosely interpret the Articles of the Constitution
