Once again the left must find a person or group to place fault/blame for the problems of the day.
It is no longer a surprise when I hear them attempting to place the blame on the generation that pushed America forward by learning how to work, save and advance their standard of living while at the same time protecting our country.
This generation, my generation learned a lot from our parents who took the time to help us and point us in the right direction.
Our parents encouraged us. They lead us. They pushed us in the direction in wish we had to go to obtain a usable education, that we had to work for a living to get things we wanted and needed.
Perfect? Nope!
Evil? Nope!
Aggressive? Yes!
Willing to suffer and work for what they
and we wanted and still want? Yes!
I can go on and on, but I think you get the jest of my thoughts.
Maybe if this modern generation would step up and do what is needed to get an education, an education that will help them instead of just getting a piece of paper to hang on a wall, be willing to volunteer to serve their country and spend 2-4 years of service in the military or other areas of community/patriotic service they would better understand what it truly means to “serve and protect,” “do unto others as you would have them do unto you,” etc.
Wait a minute! That would mean they would have to give up their time on social media. They would have to work for a living like their parents and grandparents.
They would have to understand they cannot survive, grow and sustain a family by waiting on freebie government handouts, unemployment benefits, welfare, begging for support from others while not working to help themselves.
I thank the Lord everyday for the blessings he has bestowed on this country, our people and our families.
I also thank him for bestowing on us the drive to improve our way of live, the spirit, the enthusiasm, the desire and the knowledge that it’s the individual who must take the initiative to make them/us who we are and what we can and will become.
Well, I for one still have hope.
I do not believe it is too late for those who believe everything should given them because, well, just because.
As I see those young guns/families doing what it takes to make their life better I get a sense of joy and an energized spirit that it is not too late to get America back on track with a bright future ahead for all of us.
Well, one can hope.
