PART THREE – A CURRENT STATE of AFFAIRS

If you or someone you know needs assistance, call the National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888 or text “BeFree” to 233733. You are not alone.

As you are reading this introduction, it is vitally important that you understand the intention behind this series. These writings are not meant to lead by fear but rather by Faith, education, experience and integrity. In the words of Thomas Jefferson, “Educate and inform the whole mass of the people; they are the only reliance for the preservation of our Liberty.” Stay we unaware of the plots against our nation, we remain ill equipped to expose and combat them; However, by spreading awareness, by sparking a continued interest in Truth seeking, and by openly receiving this information you become a part of the solution. You become a kink in the deep state machine that intends to keep you in the dark with blinders on serving the government instead of the government serving its people. The moment you become awake, is the moment you reclaim the power provided to you by God and protected in our Constitution. So we invite you to join us on this journey of Awakening, discussing difficult Truths and rediscovering what it means to be a Free American.

If you’re returning, I want to take a moment to thank you for your continued support and interest in The Fight to End Human Trafficking. If this is your first time with us, I urge you to check out our first and second articles in this five part series where we address the basics of Human Trafficking, the lack of mainstream media coverage on the topic and set the stage for the conversations to come. In this edition we will be discussing the current events and their impact on Human Trafficking. If you are enjoying this series and would like to learn more about how you can make a difference, or if you have questions, feel free to submit comments where you’re reading this article and I’ll do my best to answer them! While Human Trafficking is the largest and fastest growing crime across the globe and especially in the United States, rest assured it is not going unnoticed. President Donald J. Trump was the first sitting president to create a task force dedicated to eradicating Human Trafficking and those operations continue to payoff to this day. Constantly victims are being rescued across the nation and Human Traffickers are being brought to justice. Here is a short list exemplifying the success of these ongoing efforts:

  • On December 21st a Raleigh man was sentenced to 17 ½ years on a child pornography charge after sex trafficking a 14 year old runaway.
  • On December 20th a child sex trafficker and armed robber was sentenced to decades in federal prison.
  • On December 20th a Council Bluffs man was sentenced for Human Trafficking charges.
  • On December 17th a suburban Chicago man was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison for violently sex trafficking multiple women.
  • On December 16th a Kotzebue man was sentenced to 20 years in prison for sexually abusing a minor.

Harvey Weinstein former film producer and convicted sex offender co-founded the entertainment company Miramax, which produced films including Sex, Lies, and Videotape; The Crying Game; Flirting with Disaster; and others. In October 2017, following sexual abuse allegations, more than 80 women made allegations against Weinstein by October 31. The allegations sparked the #MeToo social media campaign and many sexual abuse allegations against powerful men around the world; this phenomenon is referred to as the “Weinstein effect”. Weinstein was arrested, charged with rape, found guilty and sentenced to 23 years in prison, his earliest possible release date is November 9, 2039.

This was just one week in December 2021! The list goes on and I highly encourage you to check the Justice Department Human Trafficking website daily for updates. In addition to daily Human Trafficker takedowns, Ghislaine Maxwell was found guilty by a jury on 5 of 6 charges. She was found not guilty on count 2 and could face approximately 65 years in federal prison. She is currently awaiting sentencing in June 2022. Ghislaine also faces 2 perjury charges and will be tried separately for those counts. This revelation adds Ghislaine Maxwell to the ever growing list of well-known names exposed for pedophilia and/or illegal sex crimes including Matt Lauer, Keith Raniere, Allison Mac, Harvey Weinstein, Jeffrey Epstein, and Rick Saleeby to name a few. I do believe this slow drip will continue and perhaps accelerate bringing justice to countless victims across the globe.

For those who are unaware due to the obvious lack of media coverage on this topic, Ghislaine Maxwell is a disgraced British socialite and partner to the late Jeffrey Epstein. You’ll remember that Jeffrey Epstein was a financier and convicted sex offender who was accused of orchestrating a global sex trafficking ring.

While awaiting trial for new sex trafficking charges in August of 2019 his body was found unresponsive in a Metropolitan Correctional Center jail cell where he had allegedly committed suicide. Apart from the questionable nature of his death and business dealings, his relationship with Ghislaine Maxwell was evident. With countless pictures, statements and witnesses to corroborate their partnership it is clear she was well acquainted with Epstein and was alleged to have been deeply involved with recruiting and grooming underage girls who would then be taken to one of Epstein’s many properties (Little Saint James Island, New Mexico Estate, New York Estate) and forced to engage in sex acts where it is alleged that Ghislaine was often present if not directly involved. Ghislaine was found guilty and convicted of 5 of 6 charges. They are as follows:

  1. Conspiracy to entice a minor to travel to engage in illegal sex acts. Max 5 year sentence.
  2. Enticement of a minor to travel to engage in illegal sex acts. Max 5 year sentence.
  3. Conspiracy to transport a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity. Max 5 year sentence.
  4. Transportation of a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity. Max 10 year sentence.
  5. Conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of minors. Max 5 year sentence.
  6. Sex trafficking of minors. Max 40 year sentence.

Speaking of current events, we should take a moment to recognize the fact that all of our lives have been

The trafficking of women and children has increased with the Covid-19 pandemic and forced wearing of masks. Increased poverty, confinement and amplified violence generated a situation of more vulnerability for many girls and women because of Covid panic.

unnecessarily disrupted for the past two years due to the response to the Covid-19 “Pandemic”. While the dominant media has been hard at work propagating fear for a virus that has a 98% survival rate, that requires a test (that is unable to differentiate Covid-19 from the flu) to know you’re infected, and for a “vaccine” that doesn’t provide immunity, they have completely ignored the impact that the response to Covid-19 has had on Human Trafficking.

It is very important to break this down before we continue so allow me to ask a few rhetorical questions and you can come to your own conclusions. If we know that the majority of MSM networks are owned by 6 companies and that those networks are more concerned with producing stories to protect their investors rather than inform the public, what is the return on investment for the way MSM covers Covid-19?

Using the same logic, what is the return on investment for not covering Human Trafficking? And knowing that the mainstream dominant media is actively deciding on what to cover and how to cover it with the intent of producing the best financial outcome for their investors, could we conclude that, if their response to certain issues has a negative impact on another area of society, they are knowingly and willingly acting as enemies of the state?

But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea. — Matthew 18:6

Having laid the foundation, let’s dig into the response to Covid-19 and the impact on Human Trafficking. The negligent response has focused on lockdowns and quarantines forcing students to online schooling, shelters to close down and turn away survivors, workforce closures and supply chain issues.

Each of these actions create a cause and event effect directly impacting the demand for Human Trafficking and they way in which traffickers recruit and exploit victims. When shelters are forced to close for “safety measures” and survivors or victims are turned away, they are made more vulnerable and more accessible to traffickers.

When students are forced to leave the classroom for “safety measures” and go to online school they are also made more accessible to traffickers and are exposed to online recruitment. When businesses are forced to close for “safety measures” their workforce is left in an economically precarious situation making them more vulnerable to trafficking.

I’m starting to wonder if the response to Covid-19 is really about “safety” at all. In a 2020 study we see these assertions validated by the numbers.

“Stakeholder survey responses on the effects of the pandemic on trafficking in persons”:

  • Approx. 46% more situations of vulnerability created
  • Approx. 40% less opportunities for victims to seek help and support
  • Approx. 39% more difficult to detect victims of Human Trafficking
  • Approx. 35% more difficult to respond to Human Trafficking due to border closures (however, in the U.S. we have experienced a border crisis under the Biden Administration in which we know drug and Human Traffickers cross in mass unvetted)
  • Approx. 37% increase of online recruitment efforts by traffickers
  • Approx. 31% increase of online exploitation by traffickers

As discussed in part one of this series, traffickers often approach the industry with a business minded mentality. Upon encountering the Covid-19 pandemic response, traffickers were undeterred and simply adapted to the current state of affairs. They analyzed their current operational environment and adjusted their tactics to sustain their business and we see that reflected in the statistics above and in our communities. At what point do we realize that the Covid-19 response has transcended beyond everyone’s “safety” and has, in fact, put more people in harm’s way?

Your Call to Action for this part is to comment, like and share this series! The only way we become effective is by getting involved and sharing Truth. You can make a difference by speaking up, being bold and unafraid, and exercising your First Amendment Right. If we all speak up together, we will not be ignored.

Finally, here are a few resources you can explore if you’d like to learn more about Human Trafficking and be sure to check back soon for the next part in this series. Thank you for choosing to be a part of the solution.
