Here is some information I learned inside an AnMED Hospital (Anderson, SC) January 10-12, 2022 from multiple conversations with the staff; as well as careful observation, while I was a very impatient temporary resident.
The staff is very demoralized and there is not any Esprit de Corps among these burned out drones. Typical complaints included long hours and little time off. They are very short on staff. Why?
Some refused either the inoculation, or one of the subsequent number of boosters. No shot?—No access to the hospital!
Some are out sick, even after being “vaccinated” and having multiple boosters.

One hundred percent of the people in the building are tested for Covid, including all incoming guests such as myself. I was assured, off the record, by multiple sources, one hundred percent of those tests are recorded as positive for political reasons.
Positive Covid-19 results allow draconian quarantine rules. Those rules include no visitors in the hospital. Once you eliminate outsiders, there are no journalists investigating. I was restricted to my one room. The only time I unhooked myself from a bunch of machines and ventured into the hallway, you would have thought I had set off the fire alarm or something. I was immediately shushed back into my one room.
Declare the whole hospital to be essentially one big bio hazard and you can control access in a very tight manner.
Record 100% of Covid tests as positive and your institution gets “political Brownie points” for most testing, most positives, then if anyone dies for any reason, that death is now attributed to Covid as well.
Presumably a multiple gunshot victim living long enough to be tested for Covid-19 will have that as a cause of death. After all, Covid is easier to spell than exsanguination.
Administrators dislike having to admit people who dutifully submitted to multiple vaccinations and updated versions are still getting sick with Covid. The party line is “Well they get milder cases and recover more rapidly.”
Presumably the few who die from Covid after multiple vaccines have been administered will have milder deaths as well?
I have had plenty of time to lie in a hospital bed and think recently. I now know numerous purposes and effects of the ubiquitous face masks:
#1. They keep mosquitoes out of your mouth.
#2. They keep snow off your mustache.
#3. They defeat voice recognition software.
#4. Ugly women are less likely to be judged on looks.
#5. Mask wearers can secretly stick their tongue out at people who irritate them.
#6. Pretty women do not need lipstick.
#7. Sneaky deaf people can no longer read your lips.
#8. They allow conservatives to fake being politically correct.
#9. Create a false sense of security in high threat environments.
#10. Allow lefties to have a satisfyingly smug smirk.
Did I mention they keep mosquitoes out of your mouth?
