An unusual power outage in Pakistan and Italy occurred Saturday night following a breakdown of the national power grid. The blackout includes the city-state of the Vatican, which is surrounded by Rome. Many newspapers including the New York Times, Jerusalem Post, Hindustan Times, Vatican News and others verified the outage. This outage comes just after release of a sworn affidavit indicting the Italian government in US election interference.
There has been no official explanation for what caused the outage but both Pakistan and Italy are reported to have been involved with foreign interference in our United States Presidential elections. This comes just a day after Arturo D’Elia, former head of the IT Department of Lombardo SpA, has been charged by public prosecutor of Naples with data and technology manipulation and implantation of viruses in election computers including those in the United States during our recent election.
The affidavit by D’Elia admits he was involved in US election fraud and vote manipulation. The affidavit has been delivered to US attorneys and is 
awaiting action in the courts.
The blackouts follow the sequence of a secret communique exposing a plan that lists a number of actions to delay or destroy communications around the world in what is believed to be a coup d’état occurring in the United States. The secret communique includes action taken over the past several days as well as proposed actions in the days to come in sequence.
The communique, dated June 4, 2020, lists removal of President Trump from Twitter, a “communications blackout” in the United States, “CLAS movement PELOSI or PENCE; movement of MIL assets [10th mountain_1st Marine_CPSD_Marine_QVIR] to central locations under guise of citizen riot control; NAT MIL COM CEN, SEC OF DEF_instruct1, USSS, CASTLE_ROCK, Q.”
The World Economic Forum, which is promoting the “Great Reset” which is a move for a globalist monetary system consisting of one currency. This one world globalist agenda has been proposed through the completion through UN Agenda 21 and 2030.
This blackout could prove to be the initial move to expose and arrest high level powers seeking to control the transfer of information and national elections. If that is the case it would likely mean fraud, treason and court trials for high crimes.
