Over 130 South Carolinians caravanned from Columbia, Charleston and the Myrtle Beach areas. They brought with them Trump flags, a Trump Girls RV, and enthusiasm.

Erik Corcoran of SC We the People

They came to the Chatham County Election Commission in Savannah, Georgia on Saturday where a state mandated hand recount was taking place. They followed leader Erik Corcoran of SC We the People to protest against the election fraud taking place in the Georgia voter balloting.

The group met up with additional protesters from Savannah where they rallied and gave speeches. Many in the group were holding signs in support of Trump and some with messages that said, “We deserve free and fair elections.” Corcoran said,“  America is watching, and if we let them steal this one, we will never have another free one.”

The group of concerned citizens then marched around the Election Commission building seven times “just like Jericho”. Corcoran said “we drove down here to Savannah, Georgia, take a look at what’s going on in our country and hold them to account.”

Zach Dunn with Overwatch USA was at the rally and march on Saturday. Following the protest he said he was “thankful for voices united against [voter] fraud.”

He went on to say that there was opposition to their efforts at bringing attention to the voter fraud in Georgia. He said, “my vice president of operations Sherry Verdone and her daughter were nearly run off the road by a counter protester.”

“We can’t be afraid anymore!” — Sherry Verdone

Verdone vice president of Overwatch USA traveled from Horry County, SC, to the rally and protesting Savannah with her daughter. She was assaulted by a counter-protester following the rally at the Georgia Election Commission in Savannah.

She said a male tried twice to run me off the road. Ya know I’m not trying to put fear out there. We can’t be afraid. He didn’t stop me, if anything he made me angry and even more motivated to keep fighting for our liberty and our freedoms.”

She added “we can’t be afraid anymore!” She repeated her warning that “We cannot be afraid anymore! We are the silent majority and that needs to stop.” She emphasized again that “we must be the silent no more, majority.”

SC Women for Trump midlands chapter leader Pamela Godwin, along with many of the Trump women were also in attendance. Godwin said her group was there to “pray for the process of the recount, for the workers and for our Georgia friends.” She continued that “we wanted to vindicate the Georgia vote and we did.”

Godwin went on to say, “we marched around the annex. We were there for free and fair elections and we actually discovered people there who were committing fraud.” Godwin said that “it’s happening all around the United States in over 30 states using software that had an algorithm that gave all of Trumps votes to Biden.”

“We are fighting back together as a united front. We are fighting for a free and fair election.”

Another protester, Captain Angus Godwin, a retired ship captain, said that “we did notice voter fraud today. They were shuffling Trump votes underneath Biden votes and counting them in a group for Biden, and then putting them in an envelope and sealing them up as Biden’s votes.”

He said, “once they’re sealed up and numbered, they can’t go back and double check. That’s what this second count is for. So we need people to go to the poll and watch the vote, because they are continuously trying to steal away this election and we can’t stand for that.”

“We know that liberty will be defended if we show up at our court houses or state houses; if we speak out. Liberty can only be defended if we speak out.” — Erik Corcoran, SC We the People

Corcoran said it’s time for “all hands on deck.”
He emphasized that “people are fed up with socialists running this country.” He continued “We know that liberty will be defended if we show up at our court houses or state houses if we speak out. Liberty can only be defended if we speak out.”

“we all have a voice in this…” — Erik Corcoran

The fiery Irishman urged his followers to “stop watching the news and start making the news. Aren’t you tired of watching people ruining the country? How other people are bringing the country down? How other people are destroying our history?”

He concluded his remarks that “in Columbia two weeks ago, we had Cuban Americans, Chinese Americans… I don’t call myself an Irish-American, but I was born in Ireland and went through all that process [of becoming a legal US citizen].” He continued speaking to his group saying, “we all have a voice in this… you made today happen, this was America! We saw America today.”
