Dr. Douglas Frank Addressed the Charleston County Republican Party hosted by the Citadel Republican Club
The keynote speaker at the February meeting of the Charleston County Republican Party hosted by the Citadel Republican Club was Dr. Douglas Frank. Dr. Frank is a PhD scientist, teacher, husband, and father. His PhD, as he jokingly says, is a “mixture of chemistry and physics.” He left academics after making a major scientific discovery in 1990 that landed him on the cover of Science Magazine. Among his inventions are things currently being used at Boeing. Since he exposed issues with the 2020 elections, Dr. Frank has devoted himself to traveling the country presenting his findings. He speaks at public meetings, meets with grassroots people and legislators, provides expert testimony, and is working with 40 states regarding issues in their states with the 2020 election.
ES&S Voting System NEVER met certification, Encryption key to SC Elections in the hands of a Spanish company and the Spanish government!
In December 2020, he showed the Pennsylvania legislature that their election was stolen through their voter rolls, they believed him and hired an independent company for $10M to rebuild their rolls. Three days later, that company was bought by Mark Zuckerberg. After talking with many, many politicians, he concluded that the politicians don’t want to fix the elections, they want to look like they do by passing laws but don’t see that laws are enforced. After that, he was invited to testify. He then concluded that the courts won’t get the system fixed. Shortly after coming to that conclusion, he was introduced to Mike Lindell. That quickly resulted in two movies being made for Lindell TV, Scientific Proof and Absolute Interference. He went on to help with Mike Lindell’s Cyber Symposium.
Dr. Frank has been modeling elections for 40 years. In 2016, he modeled all 50 states horizontally showing the results with the states that had more votes for Trump on the left and the states that had more votes for Biden on the right. Where the ratio was about the same, right in the middle, those are the swing states – GA, NC, AZ, FL, PA, WI, MI, NH, MN, NV. He showed that to his class and told them in 2016, watch these states in 2020!

Dr. Frank delivered jaw-dropping truth bombs about the South Carolina election system with simplicity and humor. Here are some of the highlights.
“The good news,” he said, “is people are waking up. The bad news is – your elections really reek!… Your elections are one of the most corrupt in the country and you just didn’t even know it.” He can show all the data, but people want to see what they consider evidence. He said the canvassing the that been done is that kind of evidence to prove the corruption. In a nutshell, across the country, Dr. Frank can use the voter rolls and census data from any county in a state and can predict every other county in that state. Think about it, that’s not natural! So what makes SC worse? The system is centralized and controlled at the state level, not at the county level, and regulated all the way down to the precinct level THROUGH THE NETWORK. So in SC, not only can he predict how many in each county voted, but he can also tell how many in each precinct voted! And he can even tell how many who voted in the primary also voted in the general election! “So what’s happening in your elections is an illusion .. your election isn’t real,” he said. In researching further, he learned that two other states have the same election system as South Carolina: Arkansas & Alabama, and using the same methodology he can predict those two states the same way. Worst Cyber Security of any State
Another startling statement, “South Carolina has the WORST cyber security of any state in the country!” A white-hat hacker came in through ONE PORTAL and was able to show all the usernames and passwords for all the county officials in the whole state! Add to that the ES&S Voting Systems used in South Carolina. ONE MONTH BEFORE THE ELECTION, ES&S sent an email to all the Secretaries of State that there was a flaw in the software used by the ES&S voting systems and they would try to have it fixed by the election. South Carolina is a hackers paradise.
ES&S Voting System NEVER met Certification Requirements
Burl Smith, a 40-year DoD IT Professional with a NSA Certification to secure electronic processing centers, reported in Columbia, SC, at the Canvassing Reveal on February 5, 2022, that the ES&S voting system NEVER met certification requirements. Additionally, SCYTL, the company that held the encryption key to the SC elections, was a Spanish company that went bankrupt in May 2020 leaving that company under the control of the Spanish government with a court order to sell the company to the highest bidder.
Epoch Times Report by Steven Kovac: “Private Money Seeks to Fund South Carolina Elections Via Non-Profits: Study“ The caption under the picture reads: “Media magnate Mark Zuckerberg was among the donors to charities that went on to help fund local elections.”
Missing Voters — Hmmmm
Here are some numbers taken right from the publicly available records:
Secretary of State – number of people who voted in the 2020 election: 2,520,495
SC Election Commission voter rolls: 2,424,493. Think about this carefully, that leaves 96,002 VOTES cast in the 2020 election that were not on the voter rolls!
The records have finally been obtained and analyzed so there is a list of those 96,002 voter records. Now the action step is to canvass at least a large sample from that pool.
How Elections Are Stolen
So here is the outline of the process for stealing elections:
1. Decide the outcome before the election even begins
2. Add enough voters to the rolls BEFORE the election to be able to achieve the desired outcome
3. Monitor the election throughout the voting process
4. Insert voters into the system from the available pool of phantom voters
5. Post election—remove phantom voters
So, what happened in 2020?
So what happened in 2020? The voter turnout for Trump was so far above the expectations, there weren’t enough phantom voters available to achieve the desired outcome, so the whole process had to be stopped.
There are options
There are options available that our state can take now. Plaintiff-states, ie. SC, can sue defendant-states for illegally certifying their election. For example, PA has a law that you SHALL NOT certify an election where there are more ballots than voters! The defendant states broke their own laws and they broke federal laws. The SC Attorney General has legal standing to sue those states.
