Two Democratic senators, Joe Manchin and Kristen Sinema, have bravely and thoughtfully stepped forward to save the Constitutional Republic by opposing removing the filibuster rule voting with all 50 Republican senators in a critical vote. Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, and Chuck Schumer, who had all three in the past, had publicly when the filibuster rule fit their positions stated that they were all in favor of preserving that critical rule but now when they wanted to nationalize federal elections and pass a Marxist spending bill changed course and decided to remove it for purely partisan purposes.

Both Manchin and Sinema understood that the two-party system, checks, and balances were more critical than pure partisan politics. The Constitution guarantees to preserve for all Americans life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Nearly two-thirds of Americans in 2021, the first year of Joe Biden’s presidency, believed it was a foul (35%) or terrible (30%) year for the country. Republicans are likely to say this, with 35% saying 2021 was awful and nearly half (46%) saying it was a terrible year for America. Two-thirds of Independents also say it was a terrible year for America, and 50% of Democrats agree.

The time has come to focus on what has made America the greatest nation in world history. God save the Republic; God bless America.
